
So, it is often the small decisions which are the hardest to make and which have the most significance. This morning, I showed up at the office to find this delicious dish if banana pudding.
I assume it was delicious, because I resisted.

That’s one thing I like about working out of my home – none of those tempting break room goodies always calling my name.

Good point, Cam. Problem is, if I worked at home, I’d be scared as to what I would keep stocked in my fridge. I think that there’s a part of me that believes that the only sustenance truly needed to survive are nachos and beer.

Somehow tuna fish, garbanzo beans and red peppers staring at me from the fridge make it easy to kick the snacking habit. It’s getting out of this wing chair/office chair to exercise that remains my test.
